You send the proposed agreement at least two business days ahead. We annotate topics such as Probezeit, notice, working location, overtime, leave, secondary employment, confidentiality and variable compensation. On the call, we discuss your priorities and prepare a concise list for HR.

The fee covers one contract up to 20 pages and one 60-minute video call. Collective agreements, executive appointments and equity plans require a separate scope.
