Data we process and why
When you use the inquiry form, we receive your name, email, selected consultation and message to answer your request and take pre-contractual steps under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. This demonstration form posts to a local mock endpoint and is not connected to a customer database. If you subsequently correspond or book, we process contact details, consultation records and invoices to perform the contract and meet German accounting duties.
The host may process IP address, request time, browser information and requested path in short-lived security logs on the basis of our legitimate interest in reliable delivery under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Optional analytics would only be used with consent. The current site does not activate analytics.
Retention
Unsuccessful inquiries are normally deleted after six months. Consultation correspondence is retained for three years after the end of the calendar year to address contractual questions. Invoices and tax-relevant records are retained for the statutory German period. Security logs are normally removed within 14 days unless an incident requires longer investigation.
Recipients and international transfers
Data may be handled by hosting, email, video-call and accounting providers under appropriate contracts. Where a provider processes data outside the EEA, we use an adequacy decision or EU Standard Contractual Clauses and assess supplementary safeguards. Public images and fonts are requested from external providers when pages load; their servers may receive your IP address. You can contact us for current recipient information.
Your rights
Subject to legal conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection. You may withdraw consent prospectively. You may also complain to the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information or another competent supervisory authority.
Data necessity and security
Fields marked as required are needed to answer an inquiry. Do not send passport scans, health information, banking credentials or residence permit numbers through the form. We use access controls, transport encryption where supported and data minimisation, while no internet transmission can be guaranteed risk-free.
